While the recipe calls for 24 hours of chilling, 10 minutes works just as well. Definitely useful if you aren't planning on eating the whole thing, since the salad tends to get soggy after 24 hours of being dressing-ed.
Remove flavor packets from Ramen noodles and set aside. Crush noodles, place in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with slaw mix, sprinkle with almonds, sunflower kernels, and green onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together flavor packets, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Pour over slaw, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Toss before serving, and enjoy!
