Brown onions, and add spices, tomatoes and water. Simmer for one hour. Preheat oven to 350*. Cook rigatoni for ten minutes. Brown sausage and take off heat. Add bread crumbs, milk, egg, and cheese. Rinse pasta with cold water, stuff with meat. Place stuffed noodles in a 9 X 13 pan. Cover noodles with the sauce. Cook for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
