Aunt Donna's Peanut Pork

Notes

Goes well with rice. Pork can be replaced with chicken.

Sprinkle shops with pepper and salt Heat skillet over medium heat, add pork chops. Cook each side 4 minutes, until brown on the outside and pink in the middle. Transfer pork to platter, cover with foil to keep warm. Add green onions, snow peas, 1/4 teaspoon salt (to the same skillet) and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in ginger and garlic, cook 1 minute. Return pork to skillet. In a separate bowl, stir peanutbutter, sugar, soy sauce, red pepper and 3/4 cups water until blended. Pour pent mixture into skillet, heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 1 minute. Serve over white rice. Enjoy!
