Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts, mix well. Combine dry ingredients and slowly add to mixture. Shape into a ball and chill for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 375*. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into shapes, sprinkle, and place on un-greased cooking sheets. Bake for 6-8 minutes, cool on racks. Enjoy!
